This initiative intends to guarantee efficiency, continuity of the management and coordination of projects in progress and in planning in Niger, Chad and Cameroon, in line with their respective Country programs. It contemplates equally to endow the AICS Niamey with a greater and more suitable ability to verify and monitor the financed interventions. At the same time, it proposes to improve the connections and exchanges between the Agency and other actors active in the cooperation and development system of the three countries of reference, Niger, Chad and Cameroon. The initiative carries out communication and visibility activities linked to the work of the Italian Cooperation. Finally, having the AICS of Niamey competence on the Chad and Cameroon too, it recognizes the need to equip the country office with a structure that enables the adequate fulfillment of its institutional assignments for the activities implemented in the three countries. read more close
