Description

The proposed project aims to provide assistance to internally displaced people, returnees and the local population affected by the conflict who have not left their homes in Kyivska Oblast, in order to meet their basic humanitarian needs in a holistic way. Specifically, through multi-purpose cash assistance and winterization activities, the action aims to increase the ability of beneficiaries to meet their immediate basic needs, maximize the use of resources in a way that best suits their needs, strengthen their capacity to cope with winter and prevent the adoption of negative adaptation strategies.
