Description

This initiative aims to improve the health system of Chad through a model of strengthening human resources, in qualitative and quantitative terms and a structural strengthening that will flow into the establishment of new specialist hospital services. The cornerstones of the initiative are medical and specialist training and the establishment of specialist hospital services based on modern technological platforms. The PSICFIT aims at the same time to limit the brain drain of doctors and to insert in the health system of Chad (and Central Africa) organizational methods of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) between the two Faculties of Medicine of Chad and between the two University Hospitals, for North-South-South cooperation with other countries (Cameroon) of the sub-region and for the involvement of young and women graduates in innovative startup in the production of nutritional supplements based on plants of traditional medicine. read more close
