Voluntary Contribution to Tax Inspectors Without Borders (TIWB) initiative, TIWB is a joint initiative of the OECD and UNDP, currently operating 41 programs globally and having completed 42 programs in the area of tax audit assistance for developing countries. In 2019, the TIWB Governing Board agreed TIWB criminal tax investigation (TIWB-CI) pilot programs to response to demand by developing countries for assistance on criminal tax investigations. read more close
