Description

The project aims at promoting education and dissemination of experiences in the field of restoration of tangible and intangible assets. The building complex that constitutes the ancient Convent will be converted into the "Colegio Santa Clara", with the purpose to represent a reference space for Cuba, Caribbean area and other countries of Central America,In particular, the initiative will restore a part of the ancient structure to realize a modern Aula Magna (Conference Room) for theoretical and practical training spaces, including equipment for simultaneous translation. Direct beneficiaries of the program are cuban people and institutions that are dedicated to the recovery and enhancement of cultural, historical, monumental and artistic heritage in all its expressions, as the "Colegio Santa Clara" intends to cover all the operational and educational activities related to the heritage recovery. read more close
