Description

The project will rehabilitate and beautify a selected segment of the River Kebena water and bank. The project will improve substantially the environmental, health and living condition of the community residing in the area and will provide the capital city, Addis Ababa, with a recreational green area, a public fluvial park. The community will also benefit from the income generating activities, targeting mainly women and youth, included in the project (management of the park facilities and the collection and recycling of solid waste - plastic). read more close
