Description
The program contributes to the improvement of the educational system in Senegal and to the elimination of inequalities in access to basic education, by supporting the basic educational offer in the most disadvantaged regions of the country (Kaolack, Kaffrine, Kolda and Sédhiou).
In particular, the initiative is aimed at improving access to basic educational services through the rehabilitation, construction and equipment of school buildings and the quality of the pedagogical and educational offer. The intervention strategy is based on an integrated, participatory and community approach with particular attention to the gender component.
