L’intervento garantirà il ritorno a scuola di 50.000 bambini (dei quali 20.000 bambine), in 100 scuole, nelle province meridionali del paese, che presentano scarse opportunità educative. L'iniziativa inoltre, contribuirà a mantenere le scuole aperte affinché i bambini avanzino nel loro percorso educativo. Oltre ai bambini, tra i beneficiari diretti ci saranno anche 6.400ragazze, ragazzi, donne e uomini, perlopiù insegnanti e membri delle famiglie più vulnerabili eShura. L'attenzione si concentrerà nelle zone in cui i bambini sono più a rischio di non tornare a scuola, a causa della mancanza di una "cultura dell'istruzione" a livello di comunità, in particolare nelle province di Uruzgan, Kandahar, Helmand e Zabul nella regione meridionale. |
| vocab:Description_en | The 15-month intervention aims to provide continuous and equitable access and quality emergency education services for children and communities affected by the current education crisis in Afghanistan. It has the aim of 1) overcoming the loss of learning due to COVID-19, 2) mitigating the effects of the countrys economic collapse and 3) making up for the lack of public support for the education system. The intervention will ensure that 50,000 children (including 20,000 girls) in 100 schools in the southern provinces of the country, the most deprived of educational opportunities, return to school and that schools remain open for children to advance in their educational path. The direct beneficiaries will be 56,400: girls, boys, women, men children advance in their educational path. They are (teachers, members of vulnerable families and Shura). Focus will be on provinces where children are most at risk not coming back to education if schools fail to be operational due to lack of an “education culture” at community level, in particular in Uruzgan, Kandahar, Helmand and Zabul provinces in the Southern Region. |
