| vocab:Description | Il programma, implementato dalla Banca Europea per la Ricostruzione e lo Sviluppo (BERS), mira a promuovere l’imprenditoria femminile e sostenere le imprese guidate da donne nei sei paesi dei Balcani Occidentali. L’iniziativa, in particolare, intende: i) rafforzare la capacità di accesso al credito per le imprese femminili attraverso la promozione di prodotti finanziari specificamente realizzati per le donne (Linea di Credito e meccanismo di copertura di rischi); ii) sviluppare le competenze tecniche e manageriali delle imprenditrici attraverso attività di mentoring, coaching e formazione. Il programma, della durata di 4 anni, ha un budget complessivo pari a 37,6 Mln di Euro. Il contributo messo a disposizione dalla BERS è pari a 33 milioni di Euro, e permette di finanziare la Linea di Credito e il meccanismo di copertura rischi. I donatori internazionali contribuiscono con un fondo multi-donatore gestito dalla stessa BERS del valore di 4,6 Mln di Euro a copertura delle attività di assistenza tecnica. Il contributo italiano a tale fondo multi-donatore, pari a 400.000 Euro, è allocato specificatamente per interventi in Albania. |

In particular, the initiative intends to: i) support women entrepreneurs in accessing finance through credit mechanisms (Credit Line and risk cover mechanism) targeted to women-led business; ii) develop technical and managerial competences in women-led enterprises through mentoring, coaching e training activities.
