Nella realtà albanese, si osserva infatti una scarsa efficienza ed efficacia del servizio sanitario pubblico dovuta alle inadeguatezze degli edifici e degli impianti esistenti e all’assenza di manutenzione degli stessi, ad una grave carenza di apparecchiature medicali, ad un insufficiente aggiornamento del personale sanitario ed amministrativo e, infine, ad un obsoleto sistema di gestione dell’intero comparto. Le attività previste dall’iniziativa includono servizi di progettazione, direzione lavori, opere di ristrutturazioni edili, impiantistici e forniture di attrezzature biomedicali, materiali di consumo ospedaliero e formazione al loro corretto uso e manutenzione. |
