| vocab:Description | L’iniziativa si propone di realizzare un nuovo centro per la diffusione e lo sviluppo delle tecnologie dell’informazione (ICT) e l’incubazione di startup. L’edificio che ospiterà il centro sarà costruito in una nuova zona di Tirana, denominata 5 Maggio, identificata dal masterplan realizzato dallo studio “Stefano Boeri Architetti” alla costruzione di alloggi per gli IDPs che hanno perso le proprie abitazioni a causa del terremoto del 2019 e che non hanno ancora ricevuto alloggi permanenti. Intenzione della Municipalità è creare un nuovo quartiere accogliente, stimolante e che possa offrire alla comunità servizi innovativi, attrattivi e inclusivi per i giovani e le categorie fragili. Il progetto sarà gestito dalla Municipalità di Tirana su delega del Ministero delle Infrastrutture, prevede una componente importante di trasferimento di know-how da parte di aziende italiane leader nel settore delle ICT e dell’incubazione di startup. A seguito di sessioni di mentoring destinate alla popolazione beneficiaria, le idee imprenditoriali innovative saranno supportate e incubate nel nuovo centro facilitando la crescita delle imprese gestite da donne e disabili. |

The Municipality's intention is to create a new comfortable and stimulating neighborhood that can offer the community innovative, attractive and inclusive services for young people and vulnerable categories. The project will be executed by the Municipality of Tirana under the delegation of the Ministry of Infrastructure. It foresees a relevant know-how transfer component by top Italian companies in the ICT sector and startup incubation. Following a package of mentoring sessions addressing the target population, the most innovative business ideas will be supported and incubated in the new center with particular attention to prioritize the growth of businesses run by women and disabled people. |
