La presente proposta rafforza competenze e capacità delle istituzioni palestinesi nell’ambito dell’agricoltura e concorre alla produzione di dati necessari all’elaborazione di strategie e politiche, sia dal lato palestinese sia da quello dei donatori bilaterali e multilaterali. |
