In questo contesto, l'biettivo specifico è migliorare e rafforzare la filiera produttiva agricola, la filiera commerciale delle ER e la qualità dei servizi sanitari di base grazie ad una fornitura sicura, abbordabile e durevole di energia solare. La strategia si articola in due filoni: F1) Accesso all'energia per 3.100 famiglie, 315 AGR, 12 centri sanitari, includendo: 1. Sensibilizzazione su nesso energia-sviluppo (R1); 2. Supporto allo sviluppo di AGR e alla micro-imprenditoria femminile (R2); 3. Formazione professionale certificata (R3). Abbiamo optato per interventi di piccola scala, con soluzioni customizzate al contesto locale, abbordabili, semplici, e replicabili che sfruttano nel caso della micro-imprenditoria femminile l'effetto leva sulle comunità target; prevedono una compartecipazione anche economica dei beneficiari per una maggiore sostenibilità ed ownership; favoriscono la creazione d'impiego e di diversificazione del reddito. F2) Stimolo agli investimenti privati attraverso: 4. concertazione pubblico-privato per migliorare il framework legislativo che scoraggia gli investimenti, intervenendo su aspetti tecnici e non politici (R4); 5. Promozione presso aziende italiane di opportunità di business in Burundi nel settore ER (R5). |

Awareness on the nexus of energy-development (R1); 2. Support for the development of IGA and female micro-entrepreneurship (R2); 3. Certified professional training (R3). We opted for small-scale interventions, with customized solutions to the local context, affordable, simple, and replicable that exploit the leverage effect on the target communities in the case of female micro-entrepreneurship; provide for an economic partnership of the beneficiaries for greater sustainability and ownership; they favor the creation of employment and income diversification.F2) Stimulus for private investments through: 4. public-private consultation to improve the legislative framework that discourages investments, intervening on technical and non-political aspects (R4); 5. Promotion in Italian companies of business opportunities in Burundi in the RE (R5) sector. |
