Le analisi dimostrano però che mancano investimenti, un coordinamento delle strategie e della gestione delle risorse, una offerta adeguata di servizi alla popolazione, rendendo evidenti i rischi connessi alla difficoltà di gestire la profonda trasformazione che il territorio sta vivendo.Emerge come la possibilità di implementare strutture e servizi che facilitino lo sviluppo urbano e architettonico, così come il potenziamento del settore turistico, legato alla valorizzazione delle risorse naturalistiche lagunari, siano priorità di sviluppo.Il progetto, attraverso la realizzazione di un laboratorio urbano e di studi settoriali per lo sviluppo territoriale e turistico dell’area, si muove in questa direzione e intende sviluppare un sistema che sappia coinvolgere attivamente i giovani e gli attori locali, istituzionali e non, offrendo servizi mirati e attivando le risorse di comunità che possano favorire uno sviluppo integrato dell’area.Nel corso del primo anno, il progetto è stato in grado di:I. Condurre uno studio sulle potenzialità di sviluppo e sul coinvolgimento dei giovani dell’area di Divjake;II. Iniziare i lavori per la costruzione di un Centro Polifunzionale a Divjake.Il progetto prosegue l'implementazione delle attività secondo il Piano Operativo del secondo anno.Progetto prossimo alla chiusura. |
| vocab:Description_en | The territory of Divjake has more than 35,000 residents and is largely lagoon, a valuable asset in terms of biodiversity. Analysis shows, however, that there is a lack of investment, coordination of strategies and resource management, and an inadequate supply of services to the population, making clear the risks associated with the difficulty of managing the profound transformation that the territory is experiencing.<br>It emerges that the possibility of implementing structures and services that facilitate urban and architectural development, as well as the enhancement of the tourist sector, linked to the exploitation of the lagoon natural resources, represent development priorities.<br>The project, through the realization of an urban laboratory and sectoral studies for the territorial and tourist development of the area, moves in this direction and intends to develop a system that can actively involve young people and local actors, both institutional and non-governmental, by offering targeted services and activating community resources that can support an integrated development of the area.<br>During the first year, the project was able to:<br>I. Conduct a study on the development potential and involvement of young people in the Divjake area;<br>II. Start the construction of a Multifunctional Center in Divjake.<br>The project is implementing the activities accordin to the second year Operational Plan.<br>Project next to closure. |
