| vocab:Description | Il progetto promosso è realizzato dalle ONG italiane VIS e CESVI, in partnership con il Comune di Shkrel e il Municipio di Permet, e intende intervenire nei distretti di Malesia e Madhe (nel nord) e Permet (nel sud), che sono due aree svantaggiate e marginali del territorio albanese. L’iniziativa, in linea con le linee guida della Cooperazione Italiane e con le priorità di sviluppo nazionali, ha l’obiettivo di sostenere lo sviluppo rurale e il turismo nei due distretti coinvolti, al fine di creare nuovi posti di lavoro, lottare contro l’emigrazione e l’emarginazione dei giovani e delle donne e sviluppare l’economica locale. Le attività attraverso le quali si intende raggiungere tali obiettivi sono le seguenti: i) miglioramento delle condizioni di accesso alle risorse finanziarie per la popolazione; ii) miglioramento delle competenze professionali dei produttori e degli erogatori di servizi agrituristici; iii) incremento dello standard qualitativo dei prodotti e dei servizi agrituristici locali; iv) promozione dell’agriturismo, del turismo culturale e naturalistico dei due territori e realizzazione di azioni di visibilità e comunicazione sul progetto in Italia. |
| vocab:Description_en | The project is implemented by the Italian NGOs VIS and CESVI, in partnership with the Commune of Shkrel and the Municipality of Permet, and intends to intervene in the districts of Malesia e Madhe (in the North) and Permet (in the South), which are two deprived and marginal Albanian areas. The project, in line with the guidelines of the Italian Cooperation and the national development priorities, aims at supporting rural development and tourism in the two districts, in order to create new jobs, fight against emigration and marginalization of young people and women and develop the local economy. The activities which have been identified to achieve these objectives are the following: i) improvement of the access to financial resources for the population; ii) improvement of professional skills of the producers and service providers of agro-tourisms; iii) increase of the quality standard of products and services of local agro-tourisms; iv) promotion of rural, cultural and naturalistic tourism of the two territories and implementation of visibility and communication campaigns in Italy. |
