Description
The initiative aims at enhancing access to basic services for the most vulnerable population in Libya, particularly for IDPs and returnees. The interventions will be carried out by NGOs selected through Call for proposals and will include activities in the health, education, WASH, protection, and prevention/response to risks related to the presence of explosive devices. For the water, sanitation, environment sector, the Programme aims to assist the population through the strengthening of sanitation and water supply services, which are essential to prevent and control the spread of infections and diseases, including those caused by Covid-19
