Description

The initiative aims at enhancing access to basic services for the most vulnerable population in Libya, particularly for IDPs and returnees. The interventions will be carried out by NGOs selected through Call for proposals and will include activities in the health, education, WASH, protection, and prevention/response to risks related to the presence of explosive devices.
