The Program seeks to: i) provide life-saving and life-sustaining humanitarian assistance; ii) enhance the prevention and mitigation of protection risks, and support the protective environment in Syria; iii) improve access to livelihood opportunities and basic services to the IDPS and most vulnerable households and communities in the education, health and food security and livelihoods sectors .
