Direct beneficiaries: 44,789 people (children, women, medical staff and community members), of which 66% from Bunong, Stieng, Kroal, Tompuonn, Charay and Kroeung ethnic minority groups, consisting of: - 14,100 children: 3,000 aged 0-20 months (all children in this age group in the Province); 5,000 aged 20-60 months (all children in this age group in the Province); 6,000 aged 6-12 years attending 8 of 83 primary schools (four schools identified during the identification phase and other four to be selected at start-up); - 15,300 young women aged 18-35 years (all women in this age group in the Province); - 14,800 men aged 18-35 years (all men in this age group in the Province); - 139 medical staff: 92 nurses, 43 midwives, 4 doctors (all medical staff of the Province, in all institutes: one hospital, eight health centres, 16 health points); - 450 community members: 270 elderly (3 for each of the 90 villages in the Province); 90 village leaders (100% of the village chiefs of the Province); 90 volunteers (one per village). Indirect beneficiaries: 59,244 people living in the province.
