Description

. ICRC will focus on providing livelihood support for vulnerable households headed by women and on supporting the empowerment of health-care services and on improving access to water. With financial and technical assistance from the ICRC, members of families separated by armed conflict, detention will stay in touch through family-links and services provided by the National Society. Moreover, the ICRC will visit detainees in places of temporary and permanent detention in accordance with its standard procedures.
