| vocab:Description | Il settore HoReCa (hotel/ristorante/catering) in Kosovo ha il potenziale per stimolare una forte crescita dell’occupazione e lo sviluppo economico locale, contribuendo così all’inclusione sociale delle donne, delle minoranze, delle persone con disabilità e dei giovani. Per realizzare questo potenziale nuovi e migliori posti di lavoro devono essere creati e, a tal fine, le principali parti interessate del settore devono lavorare in partenariato e superare una serie di vincoli complessi e interconnessi che sono incorporati nei sistemi sociali, politici, istituzionali ed economici prevalenti in Kosovo. A questo proposito, il Progetto supporta le parti interessate di settori chiave nell’affrontare le cause profonde che possono essere ricondotte a fattori sia dal lato dell’offerta, sia dal lato della domanda. Cio’ significa sia all’interno delle istituzioni che sono responsabili di fornire abilità, competenze (comprese quelle imprenditoriali) e orientamento ai soggetti interessati (lato dell’offerta), sia all’interno delle imprese che operano nel settore, dove i datori di lavoro potrebbero non essere sempre consapevoli delle misure concrete che possono intraprendere per migliorare le condizioni di lavoro, trattenere i talenti e aumentare la produttività complessiva (lato della domanda). Il principale gruppo target sono i giovani (uomini e donne), tra i 15-29 anni di età, che affrontano le complesse sfide del mercato del lavoro nel passaggio dalla scuola al lavoro. Sulla base di un’analisi dettagliata e partecipativa delle future esigenze di competenze e dei vincoli vincolanti alla crescita occupazionale nel settore, il progetto collabora con istituti selezionati di istruzione e formazione tecnica e professionale (TVET) per migliorare anche la qualità delle strutture, delle attrezzature e dei programmi di studio a disposizione degli studenti. Gli investimenti del Progetto sono volti a promuovere opportunità di apprendimento basato sul lavoro, anche autonomo, orientamento professionale e altri servizi di supporto all'occupabilità, nonché la consapevolezza e la tutela dei diritti dei giovani nel mondo 4 del lavoro. Questo per facilitare la transizione scuola-lavoro e migliorare esiti del mercato del lavoro. Inoltre, collaborando con le piccole e medie imprese per migliorare le condizioni di lavoro (compresa la sicurezza e la salute sul posto di lavoro) e investendo nelle persone, il progetto mira a sostenere imprese più competitive e responsabili nel settore. I partenariati con organizzazioni rilevanti nel settore HoReCa italiano sono alla base della progettazione e dell’implementazione del progetto, nonché della sostenibilità dei risultati. |
| vocab:Description_en | Kosovo’s HoReCa (hotel/restaurant/catering) sector has the potential of driving strong employment growth and local economic development, thereby contributing to the social inclusion of women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and young people and reducing incentives to out-migration and. In order to realize this potential for more and better jobs, key sector stakeholders need to work in partnership and overcome a set of complex and interconnected constraints that are embedded in the social, political, institutional and economic systems prevailing in Kosovo. In this respect, the Project supports key sectors stakeholders in addressing root causes that can be traced to both supply side and demand side factors, i.e. within the institutions that are responsible for providing relevant skills, competences (including entrepreneurial ones), and guidance to the workforce (supply side), and within the enterprises operating in the sector, where employers may not always be aware of concrete steps they can take to improve working conditions, retain talent, and increase productivity overall (demand side). The main target group are young women and men (15-29 years of age) who face compounded labour market challenges when transitioning from school to work. Based on detailed and participatory analysis of future skills needs and binding constraints to job growth in the sector, the Project works with selected Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions to improve the quality of facilities, equipment, and curricula available to learners. The Project’s investments in furthering work-based learning opportunities, self-employment, career guidance and other employability support services, as well as awareness and protection of young people’s rights in the world of work are intended to ease school-to-work transition and improve labour market outcomes. Additionally, by working with small and medium-sized enterprises on enhancing working conditions (including safety and health at the workplace) and investing in people, the Project aims at sustaining more competitive and responsible enterprises in the industry. Partnerships with relevant organizations in Italy’s HoReCa sector underpin project design and implementation, as well as sustainability of results. |
