| vocab:Description | La presente Iniziativa ambisce a promuovere una società inclusiva, capace di offrire opportunità di formazione professionale e di lavoro a tuttə per una crescita economica partecipata e sostenibile, in particolare a giovani in età lavorativa tra i 18 ed i 34 anni (giovane per la Unione Africana va dai 15 ai 34 anni) donne e persone con disabilità che, in Guinea Bissau, nelle regioni di Settore Autonomo di Bissau, Gabu, Bafata, Cacheu ed Oio incontrano ostacoli quotidiani al raggiungimento dell’autonomia socio-economica, all’accesso al credito, all’acquisizione di competenze tecniche ed in generale al riconoscimento di condizioni paritarie di impiego e formazione. Per raggiungere lo scopo, “la società civile, le istituzioni pubbliche e il settore privato cooperano per agire sulle condizioni che ostacolano l’accesso libero e dignitoso al mercato del lavoro, con particolare attenzione ai giovani, alle donne e persone con disabilità” (Risultato 1) attraverso la promozione di politiche pubbliche per un business inclusivo: la creazione ed il consolidamento di una rete composta da 3 Gruppi di Lavoro Tematici (giovani, donne, persone con disabilità) formati da attori istituzionali, OSC e settore privato, permetterà di analizzare e di creare messaggi d’inclusione delle categorie vulnerabili trasversali a tutte le attività del progetto. Queste tematiche verranno affrontate in primo luogo attraverso le attività di sensibilizzazione realizzate con oltre 50 eventi a livello comunitario e programmi radiofonici dedicati e attraverso l’ideazione e il lancio di 3 campagne di advocacy ciascuna delle quali impostata per agire su uno specifico ostacolo alla inclusione socio economica dei gruppi target e creare consapevolezza sul rispetto dei diritti e le discriminazioni da esso subite. Parallelamente si sostanzieranno anche nelle azioni di “formazione professionale e know-how tecnico orientati alle necessità del mercato del lavoro” (Risultato 2) e in quelle relative all’accesso ad opportunità di auto impiego, attività economiche ed accompagnamento al lavoro autonomo (Risultato 3). Saranno aumentate e diversificate le opportunità di apprendimento di competenze tecnico-professionali ed imprenditoriali grazie alla offerta di corsi di formazione sia di tipo formale che informale, rivolti pertanto anche a persone con livelli di scolarizzazione molto bassa. I corsi saranno offerti ad almeno 660 persone, parte delle quali riceveranno una borsa di lavoro ed un supporto all’inserimento in azienda tramite tirocini accompagnati, possibilità queste ultime che saranno offerte in modo prioritario a donne e persone con disabilità al fine di incentivare concretamente la loro frequenza ai corsi e la successiva inserzione facilitata in ambito lavorativo. Per integrare ed innovare i settori di investimento formativo oltre che occupazionale, ci si avvarrà della competenza settoriale e geografica specifica dei partner di consorzio, della sinergia con programmi e analisi di ampia portata come quello avviato da ENABEL in regioni diverse del paese e anche di uno studio del tessuto socio-economico delle regioni di Bafata e Gabu, regioni rurali di estrema povertà e scarse opportunità cui seguirà la creazione di un database dei soggetti appartenenti al mondo imprenditoriale operante nel settore dell’impiego. Punto di incontro tra domanda e offerta di occasioni formative e lavorative sarà la neonata Agenzia dell’Impiego che verrà affiancata dal progetto, prima realtà pilota della Guinea Bissau a fornire in modo strutturato informazioni sulle opportunità sia formative che di lavoro e a promuovere relazioni tra il settore privato e candidati in cerca di lavoro. In ambito micro-imprenditoriale si opererà nell’ottica del consolidamento e successiva accelerazione delle piccole imprese ed attività economiche diversificate già avviate dai partner di progetto in azioni precedenti nelle cinque regioni target. |

In particular, it focuses on young people of working age between 18 and 34 years (young for the African Union ranging from 15 to 34 years), women and people with disabilities who in Guinea Bissau encounter daily obstacles to achieving socio-economic autonomy, access to credit, the acquisition of technical skills and in general the recognition of equal conditions of employment and training. To achieve the goal, civil society, public institutions and the private sector cooperate to act on obstacles to free and dignified access to the labor market, with particular attention to young people, women and people with disabilities (Outcome 1) through the promotion of public policies for an inclusive business: the creation and consolidation of a network composed of 3 Thematic Working Groups (young people, women, people with disabilities) composed of institutional actors, CSOs and the private sector, will allow to analyze and create messages of inclusion of vulnerable categories across all project activities. These issues will be addressed primarily through awareness-raising activities carried out with over 50 community events and dedicated radio programs and through the design and launch of 3 advocacy campaigns on the specific obstacles to the socio-economic inclusion of target groups and to create awareness of respect for rights and discrimination suffered. At the same time, they will also be substantiated in the actions of professional training and technical know how oriented to the needs of the labor market (Outcome 2) and in those related to access to self-employment opportunities, economic activities and mentoring to self-employment (Outcome 3). The opportunities for learning technical, professional and entrepreneurial skills will be increased and diversified thanks to the offer of both formal and informal training courses, therefore also aimed at people with very low levels of education. The courses will be offered to at least 660 people, some of whom will receive a work grant and support for their insertion in the company through accompanied internships, the latter being offered as a priority to women and people with disabilities in order to provide a concrete incentive for their attendance at courses and subsequent facilitated insertion in the work environment. In order to integrate and innovate the areas of investment in training as well as employment, we will take advantage of the specific sectoral and geographical expertise of the consortium partners, of the synergy with large-scale programs and analyses such as the one launched by ENABEL in different regions of the country and also a study of the socio-economic fabric of the regions of Bafata and Gabu, rural regions of extreme poverty and lack of opportunities, which will be followed by the creation of a database of actors belonging to the business world operating in the employment sector. A meeting point between demand and supply of training and work opportunities will be the newly established Employment Agency that will be supported by the project, the first pilot reality in Guinea Bissau to provide structured information on training and work opportunities and to promote relations between the private sector and job seekers. In the micro-entrepreneurial field, the project will operate both in the perspective of consolidation and subsequent acceleration of small businesses and diversified economic activities already started by the project partners in previous actions in the five target regions and in the activation of new and diversified micro enterprises for a total of 61 units, always with particular emphasis on the inclusion of young people, women and people with disabilities among the beneficiaries. |
