In Si intende far ciò rafforzando i sistemi di protezione dell'infanzia che sono resilienti e in grado di adattarsi ai mutevoli contesti in Al Hol/NES prevenendo e rispondendo alle violazioni della protezione dell'infanzia attraverso le seguenti attività: • Fornitura di interventi umanitari e salvavita per la protezione dei bambini. Questa risposta per la protezione dell'infanzia sarà fornita da operatori qualificati per la protezione dell'infanzia e volontari della comunità. • Fornitura di alloggi temporanei, rintracciamento familiare e ricongiungimento/rimpatrio. L'UNICEF fornirà assistenti 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 e un alloggio temporaneo ai minori separati non accompagnati nelle ICC sostenute dall'UNICEF. • Reintegrazione dei siriani nei luoghji d’origine. L'UNICEF continuerà a sostenere il reinserimento dei bambini e dei loro caregivers rimpatriati dal campo di Al-Hol nei loro villaggi ad Ar Raqqa, in linea con il piano d'azione intersettoriale precedentemente sviluppato. • Rafforzare la resilienza dei percorsi educativi per i bambini di Al Hol fornendo loro l'accesso a un supporto educativo inclusivo, concentrandosi in particolare su coloro che non frequentano la scuola, sono a rischio di abbandono scolastico o hanno disabilità, e migliorano il loro reinserimento nelle loro comunità in Ar Raqqa. |
| vocab:Description_en | The objective of the project is to continue to ensure that the most vulnerable displaced children in Al-Hol camp and return areas in Ar-Raqqa governorate have increased access to protection and education services by strengthening child protection systems that are resilient and can adapt to changing contexts in Al Hol/NES bypreventing and responding to child protection violations through the following activities: Provision of humanitarian and life-saving child protection response. Children experiencing violations receive services aimed at saving lives. This child protection response will be provided by trained child protection workers and community volunteers. Provision of temporary shelter, family tracing, and reunification/repatriation. UNICEF will provide 24/7 caregivers and temporary shelter to the unaccompanied separated children in UNICEF’s supported ICCs. Re-integration of Syrian returnees. UNICEF will continue supporting the re-integration of children and their caregivers returned from Al-Hol camp to their villages in Ar Raqqa in line with the previously developed inter-sectoral action plan. Strengthening resilience of education pathways for children in Al Hol by providing them access to inclusive educational support, particularly focusing on those that are out-of-school, at-risk of dropping out, or have disabilities and enhance their reintegration to their communities in Ar Raqqa. |
