The project has two major components: i) the first one, (institutional component), focuses on the increased capacity of public officials in planning and programming the development of the ANCs and the design of a comprehensive methodology; ii) the second, related to pilot projects, focuses on the field validation process of the proposed approach for the development of the ANCs. |
