| vocab:Description | Fondo COVID19_AID_011895: Il progetto contribuisce al miglioramento della salute sessuale e riproduttiva (obiettivo generale) aumentando l'esercizio dei diritti delle donne nelle tre località target (obiettivo specifico) utilizzando la metodologia partecipativa dei gruppi risorsa che mette al centro dell'azione la donna, la cui salute rappresenta il focus dell'intervento. Grazie a questa metodologia si creano alleanze tra le donne e tra quest'ultime e le comunità e le istituzioni che permettono una migliore risoluzione dei problemi, cui si associa accompagnamento tecnico specializzato. Almeno 120 donne delle comunità target e le loro forme aggregative sono rafforzate nella capacità di mobilitazione e advocacy sui diritti sessuali e riproduttivi (R1) attraverso creazione, empowerment o rafforzamento di gruppi di donne risorsa; elaborazione da parte di ogni gruppo di un'agenda pubblica delle donne sulla salute e i diritti sessuali e riproduttivi; iniziative pubbliche rivolte a donne della comunità per discutere i risultati delle agende. Le donne acquisiscono capacità ed autonomia decisionale sulla salute sessuale e riproduttiva (R2), attuando iniziative per cambiare i comportamenti che limitano il pieno esercizio dei loro diritti: una campagna rivolta a mariti/padri; suocere/madri; figli/figlie; un'azione comunitaria pilota per la sperimentazione di mutue sanitarie; il rafforzamento della boutique de droit di Sedhiou che offre alle donne spazi e competenze per affrontare le violazioni dei diritti. Allo stesso tempo è necessario intervenire per migliorare qualità e accesso ai servizi di salute sessuale e riproduttiva delle strutture sanitarie delle località target (R3), attraverso formazione tecnica ed accompagnamento del personale perche tenga maggiormente in conto le esigenze delle donne; dotando le strutture sanitarie locali di attrezzature e materiali; realizzando una campagna regionale di comunicazione sull'offerta di servizi e buone pratiche in materia di salute sessuale e riproduttiva rivolta al grande pubblico. Le istituzioni (comuni, distretti sanitari, regione medica) devono integrare nelle loro priorità le istanze delle donne sui diritti sessuali riproduttivi (R4): formazione per lo staff su approccio di genere e tecniche di coinvolgimento e partecipazione delle donne; concertazione tra gruppi risorsa istituzioni e servizi sanitari per discutere le agende e negoziare interventi comuni; azioni pilota all'interno dei tavoli inter-istituziona |
| vocab:Description_en | Fondo COVID19_AID_011895: The project contributes to the improvement of sexual and reproductive health (general objective) by increasing the exercise of women's rights in the three target locations (specific target) using the participatory methodology of resource groups that puts women at the center of the action and their health as the focus of the intervention. Thanks to this methodology, alliances are created between women and between women and communities and institutions that allow a better and concerted resolution of problems, to which a specialized technical support is associated. At least 120 women from the target communities and their aggregative forms are strengthened in their capacity of mobilization and advocacy on sexual and reproductive rights (R1), through creation, empowerment or strengthening of resource women groups; each group develops a public agenda for women on sexual and reproductive health and organizes public initiatives with women to discuss the results of the agendas. Thus women acquire capacity and decision-making autonomy on their sexual and reproductive health (R2), implementing initiatives to change behaviours that limit the full exercise of their rights: a campaign aimed at husbands/fathers; mothers-in-law/mothers; sons/ daughters; a pilot community action to apply a social security system; the strengthening of Sedhiou's boutique de droit which offers a space and skills to deal with violations of rights. At the same time it is necessary to improve the quality and access to sexual and reproductive health services of the health facilities of the target locations (R3): technical training and coaching to take into account the needs of women; equipment and supplies for the local health facilities; a regional communication campaign on the provision of services and good practices on sexual and reproductive health, addressed to the general public. Institutions (municipalities, health districts, medical region) must incorporate women's claims on reproductive sexual rights into their priorities (R4): staff training on gender approach and techniques of involvement and participation of women; consultation between resource groups, institutions and health services to discuss agendas and negotiate common interventions; pilot actions within the inter-institutional committees. |
