La seconda fase del progetto estenderà la sua azione fino al 2023 e le iniziative identificate saranno in linea con quelle già priorizzate dalla fase I e andranno a rafforzare alcuni aspetti tecnici rilevanti sui settori dello sviluppo agricolo e del rinserimento degli ex combattenti delle FARC. |

It was agreed that strategic priorities established during the first phase (rural development and reincorporation) remain valid.There has been consensus that TF should now move to a new phase in which projects should serve to anchor a structured dialogue with the government on peace implementation, achieve a greater impact and be more aligned and complementary to government programmes.The second phase of TF will likely extend its action till 2023 and will be focused on fostering economic development of conflict affected territories and supporting the government action in the complex process of reincorporation. |
