La metodologia e le funzionalità del ciclo del progetto sono illustrate nel documento "Progetto di linee guida per i progetti in materia di energia e sviluppo" - Versione 2.1 - Italiano, 35 pp. Piattaforma per le energie rinnovabili " ed elaborata e adottata dall'Agenzia italiana per la cooperazione allo sviluppo (AICS) e dalla Direzione generale per la cooperazione allo sviluppo del Ministero degli affari esteri e della cooperazione internazionale (MAECI DGCS). È previsto un accordo TF con il programma di assistenza per la gestione del settore energetico (ESMAP) della Banca mondiale, con i Tors associati. |
