Mediante la revisione congiunta di documenti e l’erogazione di servizi di consulenza e formazione on-the-job erogati dalle autorità italiane, il progetto mira a trasferire conoscenze chiave per il rafforzamento delle capacità istituzionali albanesi, in un’ottica di apprendimento “peer to peer” e sulla base della lunga esperienza italiana in questo ambito. |
