| vocab:Description | Il progetto intende a contribuire al consolidamento della riforma dell’alta formazione in Albania attraverso: i) il supporto istituzionale al Ministero Albanese dell’Educazione nella predisposizione della normativa secondaria riguardante l’alta formazione; ii) la messa a punto di strumenti informatici unificati per l’erogazione di servizi a studenti e docenti; iii) definizione di un meccanismo di feed-back degli utenti sui servizi ricevuti.Il progetto è stato in grado di:i) Condividere le migliori pratiche italiane in termini di riforma dell’alta formazione attraverso il contributo di illustri professori di importanti atenei italiani, già coinvolti nella riforma dell’alta formazione in Italia;ii) Elaborare 6 atti normativi specifici sulla riforma dell’alta formazione in Albania;iii) Migliorare ed integrare altri 21 atti normativi specifici sulla riforma dell’alta formazione in Albania;iv) Supportare il Centro Servizi dei Servizi per l’Educazione nella elaborazione di un Piano di medio-lungo termine di sostenibilità tecnico-finanziaria;v) Elaborare uno studio scientifico sul coinvolgimento della diaspora accademica albanese nel mondo. |
| vocab:Description_en | The project aims at contributing to the consolidation of the higher education reform in Albania by: i) providing institutional support to the Albanian Ministry of Education in the preparation of the higher education secondary legislation; ii) establishing unified ICT instruments for the delivery of services to students and teachers; iii) defining a customer feed-back mechanism on the delivered services. <br>The project was able to:<br>i) Share Italian best practices in terms of the reform of higher education through the contribution of distinguished professors from important Italian universities, already involved in the reform of higher education in Italy;<br>ii) Develop 6 specific regulatory acts on the reform of higher education in Albania;<br>iii) Improve and integrate other 21 specific regulatory acts on the reform of higher education in Albania;<br>iv) Support the Education Service Center in the preparation of a medium-long term technical-financial sustainability plan;<br>v) Develop a scientific study on the involvement of the Albanian academic diaspora in the world. |
