| vocab:Description | Il progetto promosso è realizzato dalla ONG CIES intende sostenere azioni di empowerment femminile e di gender mainstreaming nei processi di sviluppo locale attraverso interventi su due componenti complementari e interconnesse: i) formazione delle autorità locali e ii) rafforzamento del ruolo delle organizzazioni della società civile nelle azioni di empowerment delle donne. L’iniziativa è pertinente con le finalità della Cooperazione italiana e le priorità definite nelle Linee Guida triennali, con le Linee Guida sul Gender della Cooperazione Italiana e intende contribuire al raggiungimento degli Obiettivi del Millennio (Obiettivo 3).Nel corso del secondo anno il progetto è stato in grado di:I. Fornire assistenza sociale, psicologica, legale e formativa a più di 300 donne e ragazze abusate nelle città di Scutari, Valona e Elbasan;II. Offrire formazione certificata ai dipendenti pubblici di 9 municipalità in merito al bilancio di genere;III. Inserire nel mercato del lavoro più di 20 donne donne e ragazze abusate nelle città di Scutari, Valona e Elbasan.Nel corso del terzo anno il progetto ha implementato le attività secondo il Piano Operativa. Chiusura del progetto ad aprile 2019.Progetto concluso. |
| vocab:Description_en | The project intends to support gender mainstreaming and empowerment in the local development processes through interventions in two complementary components: i) training of the local authorities; ii) capacity-building of the civil society organizations in women empowerment activities. The initiative is fully aligned with the objectives and the Italian Development Cooperation Guide Lines, especially with the Gender guide lines, and also contributes to the achievement of the 3rd Millennium Development Goal. <br>During the second year the project was able to:<br>I. Provide social, psychological, legal and training assistance to more than 300 abused women and girls in the cities of Shkoder, Vlora and Elbasan;<br>II. Provide certified training to civil servants of 9 municipalities on gender budgeting;<br>III. Integrate in the labor market more than 20 women abused women and girls in the cities of Shkoder, Vlora and Elbasan.<br>The project implemented the activities foreseen in the Operational Plan. Termination on April 2019.<br>Project concluded. |
