In un’ottica di ownership il programma prevede lo sviluppo di competenze specifiche all’interno del BoWCYA e delle altre istituzioni governative coinvolte a livello locale per promuovere il gender mainstreaming e rafforzare le loro capacità di lavoro e di analisi di genere intersettoriale. L’iniziativa è in linea con le principali politiche nazionali di riduzione della povertà e di promozione dell’eguaglianza di genere e si pone inoltre in sinergia con altri programmi inclusi nella programmazione triennale della cooperazione italiana. |

The initiative is coherent to the main national policies of poverty reduction and promotion of gender equality and establishes synergies with other programs implemented by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. |
