In tale prospettiva, la presente iniziativa, attraverso la fornitura di assistenza tecnica specialistica a dono, è finalizzata a potenziare la capacità del Ministero dell'Infrastruttura ed Energia (MIE) - Autorità Albanese delle Strade - nella gestione dei programmi nel settore dei trasporti ed in materia di appalti internazionali. |
